Very much AGAINST Frenzy on a Sin. Flurry is way superior in comparison, its downside negligible.
Consider:
- You're already aiming for a lightning-fast spike, or wouldn't bother bringing an IAS.
- Do you need it to last 8 seconds instead of 5?
...smells like /fail to me
EDIT: Flurry for Moebius builds, Tiger Stance for spike builds with high recharge.

plus pro players (which isn't many for the sin class: sorry to any noobs out there but its true...too many narutards) aren't dumb enough to step into a mob or a grp and pop frenzy up for an easy kill. pick a lone target or pick a target when everyone is preoccupied and spike him. be an "assassin", play the role right (you know...some1 who picks a target and methodically "assassinates" him!)

Find me a decent GvG Sin build with Frenzy in it. Thinking you're not going to be targeted during your attack run is... retarded.

reason why frenzy isnt used in gvg is because sins are mainly used for ganking in gvg and so the npc's target them and subsequently rape them for using frenzy. So instead of using a ias that you are going to immediately have to cancel due to the fact you will get your ass handed to you by a npc if you keep it up(sad very sad) we use flurry which works just as well
however in ta/ab/ra/hb environments frenzy can be used due to the fact that sins aren't generally targeted first and if used correctly the sin should be able to pop in kill and then run away

and that mentality is why sins aren't run in high level gvg: if you take your own advice, you'll find yourself doing absolutely nothing for the entire match. the opposing team simply won't give you that opening to do your combo.
so you go in with the assumption that you'll get hit, and be prepared to take it.

It's not about playing tactifully. If your enemy is smart, and catches a 'Sin using Frenzy, they will most probably spike you. Heck, I even see 'Sins getting spiked down first, when it comes to AP Scythesin (pre-nerf).
True, Warriors are squishy with Frenzy up, but 'Sins are beyond squishy.
Plus anybody decent won't give you any decent oppertunity to spike like that.
A spike that takes 1-2 seconds is by far much better than a 5 second chain.

i like flail and dash. but as far as just choosing 1 stace it depends on your build. flurry for spammage of death blossum, tiger for the burst of dps such as an sp 1234567 combo. tho this question has already at least 2 times. but doesn't hurt to say it again....or does it?
flail+horn spam is ftw tho
idk, just my 2 cents
